Our Beavers & Cubs joined forces on Saturday 21st for the first outdoor activity of the year.
We met at Killeagh Woods where we firstly took part in a clean up as part of #bigbeachclean24. We met Elaine at the playground & she gave us lots of interesting info and explained how our clean up benefits us all.
From there we carried on back up to the top car park & were pleasantly surprised with delicious Hot Chocolate courtesy of Sebastian & The Old Thatch Killeagh.
After fueling up we found a base in the woods, and cooked bread on sticks & hotdogs.
The sound of chit chat and laughter throughout the day tells us we had a very successful outing.
